+Process Media & Equipment has leased 1,500 square feet at 9305 Monroe Road. Process Media & Equipment is dedicated to providing the latest in filtration technology for fluids used in the metal working and other manufacturing industries. These include grinding, super finishing, machining and other processes in production of parts for Automotive, Aircraft, Medical, Electronics, Power Generation and general industry.

+Regional Finance has renewed their lease of 1,800 square feet at 9123 Monroe Road. Regional Finance provides small personal loans and large loans for auto and other needs.

+WSA Construction has renewed their lease of 1,500 square feet at 9307 Monroe Road.
